Away from the glitz, bling and chic of Paris, there is another current of French style, based on colour, vintage, art and good living. These pictures are from the charming and highly recommended chambre d'hôtes Au Velocipede on the atlantic coast. This part of France, called La Somme, is a couple of hours from us, just right for a weekend away.
We want to try to get here this spring, , soak up the attention to detail, the beautiful landscapes and the good food.
