The next time you receive a mail or a phone call asking for permission to take photos of your home to be published, don't get nervous .... simply answer with a resounding .................. YES!!.
The journalists I mentioned on Thursday, have arrived and are totally charming.
They don't expect the gardens to be overpoweringly fragrant or the house to be picture perfect. They have understood that this is first and foremost a family home .
Here they are taking pictures today outside and inside ......... fun, fun fun!!
Thanks for your kind comments - sorry to disappoint but I'm not allowed to say yet which magazine, and anyway the article probably won't appear until next Spring - so don't hold your breath!
