Dashed to the local market on Saturday, to buy food for the weekend of course, but also to grab a few photos of the fruit and veg.
Found myself totally sidetracked by baskets - not for sale, but already sold and in use. Keeping my eyes and lens down I surprised more than one person by immortalising their market panier. Just for fun.
This has nothing to do with trends or fashion, these people haven't checked the design pages to see what is the in thing to use at the market aujourd'hui - like so many things here, this is simply the way things are done ...
